Payments

You can make online payments for all the service bookings from the available options.

Technical Problems in Portal

Cancellation

  • For events scheduled within 3-7 days, no cancellations are allowed.
  • For events within 1-2 weeks of booking, no cancellations are permitted during the Cancellation Freeze Period (CFP) of the next 7 days. A 50% cancellation fee applies if the booking is cancelled before entering the CFP, with no free cancellations. 
  • For events scheduled 2-4 weeks away, no cancellations are allowed during the CFP. A 50% cancellation fee applies for the 7 days preceding the CFP, but a full refund is available if cancelled before 14 days of the event. 
  • Similarly, for events more than 4 weeks away, the CFP restriction applies, along with the 50% cancellation fee for the 7 days leading to the CFP, and a full refund option if cancelled before 14 days of the event.

Time Duration

You can book any time. However, it would be best to book as early as possible to get the widest range of options to suit your requirements. Service availability with respect to date may vary from Merchant to Merchant.

The Merchant contact details will be shared with you 24 hours before the service.

Payments

The payment processing for your services will be done by the operations team when onboarding. Kindly contact the operations team if you have any questions.

Technical Problems in Portal

For technical issues at the order level, kindly go to the order details and raise a help request. Our operations team will be in touch with you shortly. For other technical issues, please contact our operations team for assistance.

Cancellation

The Merchant agrees to perform the services diligently as outlined in the Agreement. If the Merchant fails to do so or breaches any important terms, the Company has these remedies:

  • The Merchant must inform the Company and the Client in writing within 7 days when a failure or breach is discovered. The notice should explain the details and what's needed to fix it.
  • The Merchant gets a chance to fix the issue within an agreed-upon time that both parties agree on.
  • If the problem isn't resolved, the Customer can end the services and get a refund for what they paid but didn't receive properly. The Merchant is responsible for refunds, not the Company.

Time Duration

You can list anytime you want to list your services. As soon as you list and send it for approval, our operations team reviews and approves the same. Your service will then be visible to clients.

Your contact details will be shared with the Client 24 hours before the service date. For any other reasons, kindly contact the operations team.
